In the heart of Prague, the Hotel Antik is a wonderfully presented accommodation located along the alarmingly tasteful Dlouha Steet. Dlouha is a splendid road with an eclectic mix of shops and restaurants and marvelously understated considering its proximity to the famous Old Town Square.
Understandably, the Hotel Antik is the obvious choice for guests who demand the splendour Prague's Old Town, but without the over bearing showboating of some larger central hotels. Satisfyingly, the hotel is neighboured by an antique shop on one side and a launderette, should you need one, on the other.
Dlouha is famous for is variety of bars and wine cellars, and you will find more than enough fabulous restaurants to keep you fulfilled nearby the hotel. For your convenience, there is a potreby (newsagent/grocers) three doors to the left of the hotel, and a pharmacy no more than twenty metres down Dlouha turning right out of Hotel Antik.
Beside the pharmacy you will find a cashpoint, and from here you will begin to see the corner of the Old Town Square emerge ahead of you, embarrassingly only 100 metres or so from the entrance to the hotel.

Getting there
Hotel Antik's disgraceful centrality negates much of your need for public transport; however you may need to use the metro to reach some of Prague's other attractions and getting to and from the airport. Your nearest metro stop is Namesti Republiky, which if you turn right out of the hotel and right again at the end of Dlouha is about a five minute walk away. Mustek station is the next stop after Namesti Republiky, located a further two minute walk along the pleasant main shopping street Na Prikope. Mustek is one of the largest metro stops, which straddles both the 'A' and 'B' metro lines. It is within easy reach of the Hotel and takes you towards the airport.

Hotel Atlantik až hanebně popírá svou polohu v centru města nutností poměrně velkého využití městské dopravy. K tomu, abyste se dostali z nebo na letiště, případně k některým z daších pražských zajímavostí musíte využít metro. Nejbližší stanice metra je Náměstí Republiky. Od hotelu zahnete do prava a poté opět do prava do Dlouhé ulice. Odtud je zastávka vzdálená asi pět minut chůzí. Další stanicí metra, která následuje po stanici Náměstí Republiky, je Můstek . K této stanici, jenž je od první vzdálená asi dvě minuty chůzí dojdete příjemnou hlavní nákupní ulicí Na Příkopě. Můstek je jednou z největších stanic metra, kde se spojují linky metra A a B. Na tuto zastávku je snazší dostat se odhotelu a dopravit se na letiště.
