Hotel Cerny slon (Black Elephant) is quaint four star hotel located right off the Old Town Square. The family run hotel is a UNESCO heritage site and dates back as far as the 14th century. The hotel owner, Petr Volejnik, prudently reconstructed the hotel by integrating the old and contemporary architecture, making it an extremely charming and comfortable stay.
The Hotel Cerny Slon has its own restaurant and full menu where guests can enjoy both Czech and International dishes.
In the cellar of our hotel you can find our winehouse with a bar called Bandol, named after the wine region in France, which is the house speciality. You can choose from a rich offer of wines from the south of France including pipe wines, as well as many kinds of czech wines, mixed beverages or cocktails.
