Hotel Union

Hotel Union is located close to central Prague, five minutes away from the Prague Congress Centre, underneath the fortification walls of the Vysehrad monument. It was built in 1906 in Art Nouveau style, and completely renovated in 1992. It now holds a CzechTourism certificate in the Three Star category.

The surrounding area is rather charmingly named Nusle, disappointingly pronounced ‘noose-leh’ not nuzzle. All the same, it is an attractive part of town, a matter of minutes away from the sights of the Old Town but not without a magnetism of its own. The Hotel Union is very easily accessed by tram, with numbers 7, 18 and 24 stopping right outside the door at ‘Ostrcilovo Namesti’ stop.

Hotel Union offers 57 modern rooms, including seven apartments, each equipped with:

Exchange office, souvenirs and safety box avaliable at the reception. Free parking is provided on site.

The restaurant: Menu includes international cuisine and Czech specialities, such as roast sirloin with cream sauce, or roast duck. The restaurant is open from 11.30am to 10pm.

The cocktail lounge: Serves beer on tap, Moravian wines, spirits, soft drinks and snacks. It is open from 10am to 10pm.

The wine bar: Serves delicious Moravian wines, red and white; beer on tap, liquor, soft drinks and a menu of both hot and cold meals. It is open from 7pm to 1am.

No Late check-out policy applies for this property. If you wish to stay longer or leave your luggage at the hotel please negotiate this with the hotel directly. It is common that hotels may wish to charge you an additional night's stay. Please let us know if you would like to check-out later and we will do our best to make this request on your behalf.

Hotel Union offer an extra bed free-of-charge for children up to the ages of 8 years.

Cancellation Policy:
Cancellation made up to 24 hours prior to your scheduled arrival are not subject to charge. Cancelling your booking with less than 24 hours notice will result in a charge equivalent to the first night of your booking.
