This tour is a unique take on the days of communist life in Prague through the life and days of Vaclav Havel, his influence in the Velvet Revolution and to becoming the first President of the Czech Republic. The tour begins at the top of Wencelas Square in front of the National Museum and then on to National Street where some of the most violent demonstrations were held.
The tour continues with a visit to Vaclav Havel's house and then on to the pub where he drank beer with other collaborators. From there the group will go to visit a Panelák, an example of typical postwar housing resulting from the ideals of the communist leaders. The tour will finish at the the Museum of Communism in Prague where visitors have the option of purchasing a ticket.
